- Online Course. Learn from the comfort of your own home while engaging with community through our online discussion posts and an optional live class with our experts.
- Research-based. You will learn about how attachment, the brain, and our individual experiences impact our families.
- Active. While it might seem convient to be able to work through a course at your own pace, research shows us that learning happens best in community. We want you to start experiencing more calm in your family immediately. This course is 2 weeks long with six lessons and an optional live class with our experts that you are invited to participate in.
